Treasury: Mom’s Day at the Spa

5141

We're doing this month's first treasury a little early this time, to make sure that it's in time for Mother's Day.
I built the treasury around the idea of having a spa day at home after talking to both my twin and my own mom, and both of them wanting a few days to relax.

Starting off with a little bit of pretty, these vintage hairsticks by uniquedkz  are adorable.

Kinies’ purses are solid come in killer colors, great for a woman on the go.

After a long day running around, who wouldn’t like a massage? eSCENTialsAroma makes it easy.

Cute and detailed these are a sweet gift. by ToastedGlass

An amazing all in one spa set by greenbubbleshome.

Nothinglikeleather adds a nifty way to pull up your hair while enjoying that soak. (Or you know, anything else Winking smile )

FeathersOnTheGround provides lovely gardenia soaps which are chock full of moisturizing agents to make Mom’s skin nice and soft.

Aromatherapy is supposed to be all sorts of helpful right? goodearthessentials helps you out with a full starter set.

A rough and tumble bag DuDuLeather, perfect for a day out and about.

More and more people complain of sleep loss, CountryFolkSoap aims to help with this lavender & sage spa set.

Does Mom enjoy makeup, either for herself or doing it for others? Why not get her a starter kit complete with brushes from SweetFaceMinerals?

With frankincense & Indian sandalwood this soap is definitely worth a king, er Queen’s ransom!

A care kit for the mom that loves getting dirt under her nails, by naturesmuse.

Earthy and lovely ceramic mugs by hughespottery. Perfect for curling up and watching the spring time rains.

Not quite sure which scent best defines Mom? Why not pick a couple of them and give her a choice?  by AROAMAS

One last perfume, by SpectrumCosmetic, the soothing scent of black tea.

I hope you enjoyed this treasury, and Mother’s day when it comes!

You Can’t Pinch Me!!

3141
Do you remember being in school on St. Patrick's Day and it being mandatory that you wear some type of green so that your classmates or colleagues wouldn't pinch you? I do! So, I'm helping out this year with a packed treasury of beautiful green jewelry  for every personality.

Oh my goodness. This ring is so cute. It makes me think of carrying a little bit of the forest around with you wherever you go.

The enamel work on these earrings is stunning, and completely unique.

May the Triforce be with you.

This ear cuff is terrific. I love ear cuffs in general, but this one you could carry a baby dragon around with you everywhere!

A stunning statement necklace, with lovely glass beads. I had to double check the listing on this one thinking they were jade!

The little bird on this charm is so cute and the shamrock is so vibrant, it's a great combination.

Verdigrised and looking like something taken from a shipwreck, this octopus is right up my alley.

The layering and movement in these earrings makes them super fun.

A different take on owl jewelry.

Another jingly and moving piece, this time, a necklace. :D

Very simple and subdued, I love the look of this necklace.

This bracelet would look great with a tight shirt, a pair of dark jeans and some kick butt boots.

Another jingly piece of jewelry, a chain maile bracelet. Since it's aluminum, it'll be nice and light as well.

Cute and chic, great for a little bit of glitz at the office or a night out.

And we head to the other end of the spectrum with this piece, something stunning for a special evening.

Green and earthy, leather and Serpentine make a great combination in my book.
And that's that folks! I hope you enjoyed browsing this lovely treasury with me, and we'll check out another one, later this month! :D
Did you love a particular piece? Feel free to comment below, or click the pictures and head on over to the shops.

Valentine’s Day with Your Favorite Geek (Image Heavy)

How hard is it to shop for your favorite geek? Not all that hard, right? You just need to know what they love (and if they're a geek, they'll have told you) and go hunting. Luckily with Etsy, it's really that easy. While wandering through I managed to put together a collection of things that are both geeky and sweet.

One of the most iconic lines in the movie for romantics, and you can find it just about every where on the internet these days.

Recognizable to any Zelda fan, the Half Heart pillow. I can just see adding in a note 'You complete me.' or some such thing.

When I was in high school, I was all for weird and interesting ways to express loving someone. This anatomically correct heart is right up my alley.

Everyone loves zombies right? Or is it supposed to be that the zombies are going to be eating your heart?

Does the Companion Cube really need any explanation?

While I'm not sure I understand what would classify as "nerdy" I have a few friends that would love this card.

Mini-card for your favorite bookworm? I can easily see this being handed over in the cover of a book off their TBR list.

Hmm.. I'm not sure whether that's a good thing or not! ;) Makes me think about the one with a Silence and a Weeping Angel...

I think the description for this card says it best; "Remember that moment in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade when Indy has to pick the Holy Grail out of a whole roomful of them, and the old knight smiles oh so mysteriously at him and says, "you have chosen wisely." EPIC. Now you can share that same moment with the Indy of your dreams, just to let him know that you've chosen wisely, too. ;)"

This one really appeals because you can truly personalize it. No matter what you and your favorite geek are into, this card is for you.

This one would have made it on my list just for general cuteness alone.

Little Spock looks so confused!

Since I 'm just learning programming, this one makes a lot of sense to me, and makes me laugh.

Usually I am hopelessly ignorant on internet fads and the like, but this one is just too hard to miss.

More programming love.

Maybe this will get him off Halo for a while? No? Yeah, you're probably right, but at least he'll love it.

And rounding it out, an adorable pair of robot lovers.

Have a happy and geeky Valentines!
